To control the Spammer who has attacked this, and many other bulletin boards, I have changed the Forum setup to require each user to have a unique e-mail address, authenticate this address upon registration, and restrict registration to valid, approved users. This should not affect any legitimate users of the Forum and should help block the Spammers.
